2. User Eligibility & Marital Status Warranty

By registering an account, you explicitly warrant, certify, and represent that you are of legal marriageable age under the personal and statutory laws of India (a minimum of eighteen [18] years of age if female, and twenty-one [21] years of age if male) or the respective legal marriageable age of your home jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Registration or browsing by minors is strictly prohibited, constitutes contractual fraud, and triggers an immediate platform ban.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal grievance arising between a User and the Platform (including claims regarding platform operations, payment issues, or third-party interactions) shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding, sole arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall strictly be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
