1. Nature of Platform & Types of Information We Collect

Blessed Nikah Forever operates strictly as a peer-to-peer matchmaking platform and passive technology intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, the platform acts as a Data Fiduciary processing user data solely based on explicit, unambiguous, specific, and unconditional consent. We gather information entirely at the user's (Data Principal's) own risk through the following touchpoints:

  1. Information Provided Voluntarily By You: Profile data including age, sect, marital status, religious preferences, images, bio, and educational credentials entered during registration. Note: The platform does not collect, verify, or store government-issued identification cards or official biometric data. Under the DPDP Act, you warrant that any data provided belongs to you and is accurate.
  2. Interaction Data: Comments, feedback, reporting tickets, messaging data logs, or subscription order details submitted by you, including communication metadata.
  3. Automated Data: Technical server logs, HTTP cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser types, and transactional data from integrated secure third-party payment gateways.

2. Purpose of Data Processing & Absolute Intermediary Disclaimer

The information collected is used strictly under Section 5 and Section 6 of the DPDP Act, 2023, and Article 6 of the GDPR for specified, lawful purposes to facilitate digital matching features. We utilize this data to:

  • Operate, display, optimize, and sort our automated matchmaking and matrimonial platform.
  • Authenticate account log-ins, maintain active user sessions, and process subscription payments.
  • Deliver basic technical support, security patches, and customer service troubleshooting.
  • Categorize profiles into premium search buckets based on user-inputted professional and personal descriptors.

We use your information to communicate service updates, suggest potential matches based on your automated filters, and index your profile within our search engine strictly according to your custom account visibility preferences.

Absolute Intermediary Waiver: Blessed Nikah Forever acts purely as a technology medium. We do not independently verify, curate, or validate the character, truth, employment status, financial standing, or personal background of any profile, regardless of whether a profile is categorized as "Verified", "Preferred", "Premium", or "Elite". We accept zero liability for how other members interpret, capture, download, or misuse the information displayed on your public profile.
Important Notice on Member Diligence: While we work diligently behind the scenes to maintain a respectful and clean platform layout, our screening cannot substitute for personal background checks. Members must independently verify the authenticity, background, and character of any profile match before moving forward with marriage plans.

3. Absolute Limitation on Sharing Information & Cross-Border Visibility

Blessed Nikah Forever does not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers, marketing agencies, or data brokers. Data transfers are restricted strictly to rendering core platform functionality or obeying legal statutory mandates.

Providing Information to Other Members

To deliver matchmaking functionality, your chosen profile details, age, photographs, and bio will be displayed to other registered users globally. Data Principals are explicitly warned to execute extreme caution when sharing sensitive contact info, phone numbers, or social media handles with other members.

You can manage, restrict, or modify your profile visibility preferences at any time from your account's Privacy Settings section. Once data is made visible to other members under your custom settings, the Platform holds no control or responsibility over subsequent offline interactions, phone calls, external messaging apps, screenshots, or relationships.

4. Corporate Data Security and Encryption Limitations

We implement commercially standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technologies and industry technical best practices to secure your data against unauthorized access during transmission and checkout. Access to backend databases is strictly siloed and restricted to authorized internal administrators.

However, no method of digital storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. Because we operate solely as an unverified matchmaking intermediary, Blessed Nikah Forever cannot guarantee absolute security. The platform is entirely immune and not responsible for cyber-attacks, illegal data interception, data breaches, or actions of malicious hackers that occur beyond our reasonable administrative control.

In strict compliance with the Rights of Data Principals under Section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, complete, or demand the erasure of your personal data. You possess the absolute right to withdraw your consent at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our Grievance Officer. Upon consent withdrawal or a formal erasure request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information within commercial and statutory timelines, unless retention is legally mandatory for:

By registering, you acknowledge and provide explicit, unambiguous, and itemized consent that your profile data may be transferred, stored, and processed across international borders, including processing inside the Republic of India, subject to the cross-border data restriction rules permitted under Section 16 of the DPDP Act, 2023 and GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Amendments to this Privacy Policy

Blessed Nikah Forever reserves the unilateral right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect updates in technology, statutory laws, or business compliance operations. Material changes will be broadcasted via on-platform user banners or direct email notices. Continued use of the platform following an update constitutes definitive, binding legal consent to the modified terms and an active renewal of your processing consent.
