In accordance with standard industry operations and applicable global consumer legislation for digital goods, no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rata adjustments will be granted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: your failure to find a suitable matrimonial match, your subjective dissatisfaction with match options, your voluntary deletion or deactivation of your account, or the early administrative termination of your profile due to a violation of our platform's Terms and Conditions or Child Safety frameworks.

2. Membership Upgrades and Adjustments

If a registered member chooses to upgrade their existing membership package to a higher-tier premium plan, Blessed Nikah Forever may, at its absolute and sole administrative discretion, consider adjusting the unexpired value of the current plan toward the invoice amount of the new upgraded plan.

3. Immediate Payment Processing, Service Activation, and Global Waivers

All electronic financial transactions are routed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways utilizing industry-standard encryption protocols. Premium matchmaking features are provisioned and activated automatically and immediately upon successful payment verification. Any referenced administrative processing windows up to forty-eight (48) hours represent maximum latency buffers for bank verification and do not alter the immediate consumption nature of the service.

Global Consumer Statutory Waivers: For users accessing services from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you are requesting the immediate performance of a digital contract. By completing checkout, you explicitly waive your statutory fourteen (14) day cooling-off period and right of withdrawal. For users in the Republic of India, these terms are structured in strict compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, as a transparent, pre-disclosed commercial contract for peer-to-peer directory access.

4. Disclaimer Against External Payment Deductions & Premium Forfeiture

In ultra-exceptional cases where a partial or full refund is explicitly authorized in writing by the executive management of Blessed Nikah Forever, the settlement transaction will be processed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR) or the original processing currency at the platform's discretion. You explicitly acknowledge that originating banks, processing payment gateways, and secondary financial institutions may unilaterally levy transactional handling fees, currency exchange spreads, or operational deductions on the refunded sum. Any such deductions are completely outside the administrative control of Blessed Nikah Forever and remain the sole financial responsibility of the user. Furthermore, any premium profile suspended or banned due to identity misrepresentation or criminal cheating under Sections 318 and 319 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, shall immediately forfeit all paid balances without right of remediation.
